How A Simple "Mediterranean Ritual" Transformed My Body and My Life!

Hi, my name is Vickie. I just turned 56!

I'm a mom and a Grandma; the picture is me before my transformation.

And I just recently stumbled upon a way to get my old self back…

Have energy that lasts all-day

Easily get away with eating my favorite comfort food, like burgers, fries, and pizza.

Never gain an ounce, no matter what I eat

Maintain a trim figure without going to the gym

Feel confident in my new clothes and swimsuit!

Somewhere in my mid-40s, I,  unfortunately, found myself alone and raising four kids. I turned to food for comfort and eventually ruined my future plans by becoming obese.

How EVERYTHING Went Downhill. And Fast.

It felt like overnight, my once trim and petite figure started ballooning. I could no longer get away with eating whatever I wanted unless I were willing to carry that around on my body forever!

By the time I hit my early 50s, I was having trouble walking, feeling short of breath, and the knee pain was unbearable.

I used to burn everything off without a second thought, but now it seemed my body could no longer keep up.

My system was not firing on all cylinders anymore.

I could feel that my health was going backward. I had such low energy during the day. I had difficulty keeping up with my new grandkids and falling asleep in front of the TV in the early evening.

That's not who I am!

I would go to bed earlier, hoping it would give me better energy the next day.

But it didn't work. Some nights I’d even sleep 10 HOURS and still be dragging my butt the next day!

I knew it wasn't good. But even then, I didn’t realize how BAD it had gotten.

I tried everything I could think of.

I walked as much as I could, but that didn't work. My pain was too severe, and it was so time-consuming with no real reward.

I changed my eating. Many, many times.

I tried juice fasts, detoxes, and elimination plans.

Believe it or not, I went vegan for a while. And then totally switched over to a high protein meat-only plan. Of course, I had also tried Keto, Paleo, and every fad on the market.

I looked into old home remedies I would read about on the internet.

Weird concoctions I'd make in the kitchen.

Pickle juice, lime juice, cider vinegar, lemons. And even one that used SODA!

I once heard about sleeping with garlic cloves next to the bed to increase energy levels; Yep - I tried that too!

The Time Had Come To Get The "REAL ME" Back!

One day, it all changed...

I overheard a woman at the park talking about her transformation. She was my age but half my size. I had to hear more! She sat beside me and told me her story; she said something that changed my life forever!

She said that she'd been heavy just like me her entire life until recently when everything changed after she discovered a simple 'Mediterranean Ritual,' she called it.

I didn't buy it because I've tried every product out there.

I was fully expecting my Doctor to put the blame on me. To tell me that I was weak and I just needed to eat the right food and exercise more.

But WOW, was I wrong.

I Am So Grateful I Listened to My New Friend From The Park and My Doctor!

I've been using the Mediterranean Ritual for a while now and am beyond thrilled.

I regularly find myself fitting into clothes I've not worn for years.

And, of course ... I also get to shop for a new wardrobe. Now, that's FUN!

But wearing new clothes and looking great is not even the best thing.

What's most important to me is that I've got my energy back. I sleep well and wake up refreshed. I have all the energy I need to get through the day.

I even started to enjoy going for long walks now that my knee pain is gone; I had so much energy to burn I had to do SOMETHING with it!

On top of that...

I feel younger. Losing the excess baggage and feeling full of energy has given me a new lease on life. I feel like I am 35 again!

I don't crave snacks anymore. I can eat meals and feel satisfied. I'm not constantly going to the kitchen looking for the next thing I can put in my mouth.

In saying that, I do enjoy my favorite comfort foods still. And I am not feeling guilty about it!

My blood sugar levels are more stable, and I have sustained energy throughout the day. No ups and downs.

Imagine If I'd Been Too Skeptical To Try Something New!

I COULD EASILY HAVE BEEN SKEPTICAL when I first learned of the Mediterranean Ritual.

I am so glad now that I wasn't.

I absolutely love who I have become. I feel like the "REAL ME" is back. She was gone for such a long time.

I have confidence that my health is now moving in the right direction and that I will be able to run around after my grandchildren!
